WORLD'S OLDEST AND LARGEST AFRICAN-AMERICAN SORORITY
TO CELEBRATE CENTENNIAL IN 2008
Member Phylicia Rashad Among Guests Scheduled to Attend Festivities

Chicago, Illinois – November 29, 2007 - In January 2008, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., becomes the first African-American sorority to reach its 100-year milestone. In commemoration, from January 12-15, thousands of members will make a solemn pilgrimage to their founding Home of Howard University in Washington, D.C. There, in a series of joyous and solemn tributes, they will salute Alpha chapter on its Centennial and reflect on the journey that took them from nine founding members of Alpha Chapter in 1908 on one campus of Howard University, to 200,000 members in 975 chapters worldwide.

Led by international president Barbara A. McKinzie, members will walk hallowed ground and engage in a series of sentimental rites of passage. They will also pay tribute to the foremothers whose brilliant vision gave life to Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority. They include Ethel Hedgeman Lyle, Anna Easter Brown, Beulah Burke, Lillie Burke, Marjorie Hill, Margaret Flagg Holmes, Lavinia Norman, Lucy Slowe and Marie Woolfolk Taylor.

In reflecting on Alpha Kappa Alpha's remarkable100- year odyssey and the host of commemorative events being mounted by the sorority in 2008, McKinzie declared, " The prevailing message of this celebration is that Alpha Chapter members continue to accomplish the goals established by the founding members and continue to live up to the Sorority's credo: 'to provide service to all mankind.' It is a foundation of service that has withstood the test of time because our founding mothers had a profound vision of the impact African-American women could achieve through the vessel of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority."

McKinzie said that the Sorority has endured because it was built on a bedrock of strength, "The conviction of our founders to create an organization dedicated to service has enabled Alpha Kappa Alpha to thrive through ten decades. In this 100-year span of time, we have rendered an invaluable service to the worldwide community. During this Centennial year of tributes, we will salute, honor and revere our members who brought us this far by faith. We will also look ahead to the future as we continue the legacy of service."

This nostalgic pilgrimage home to Alpha chapter, will feature A Walk Through History where members will follow the same sacred paths as the founders. In what is being hailed as an "emotional visit," members will also rededicate themselves to the powerful concept of service that represents the sorority's core mission. Among those who will return to their roots include five former international presidents, and high-profile members like Actress Phylicia Rashad; The Honorable Peggy Quince, Florida Supreme Court Judge; and 102-year old Mrs. Hazel Hainsworth Young, a retired educator from the Houston public schools and one of the Sorority's most senior members.

The campus will be bedecked with Historical Markers that will chronicle pink-and-green- letter-dates in Alpha Kappa Alpha's history. In an act of remembrance, members will re-enact the ceremonial process that led to the birth of Alpha chapter and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.

As the historic birthplace, AKA history is embedded in the fabric of Howard University. Because of this, Moorland-Spingarn Research Center, the official home for Alpha Kappa Alpha's archival records, will add a Centennial exhibit to its vast Alpha Kappa Alpha collection.

The Centennial birthday celebration will feature the launch of the Sorority's official publication, Ivy Leaf, in digital form. Taking the magazine to a new technological level represents a milestone in Alpha Kappa Alpha's long and impressive history.

And, in keeping with the Sorority's credo "to provide service to all mankind," members will participate in a series of projects where they will outreach to seniors, cancer patients and respond to the needs of the community. A climactic high point of the weekend will be the dedication of a library. Sorority members will donate books to the library and solicit donations of reading material from area bookstores.

The weekend is being driven by the theme, Extra Special Preservation, which embraces President's McKinzie's ESP programmatic theme. Heading the Centennial Birthday Celebration Committee, which is overseeing the celebratory festivities, is Faye Bryant, Alpha Kappa Alpha's 21st national president and former Alpha Chapter member.

McKinzie said the Alpha Birthday Celebration is the first of two major celebrations to take place during its Centennial year. She announced that more than 20,000 members will converge upon Washington, D.C. for its Centennial International Conference from July 12-18. At that time, more tributes and commemorations will take place. At the same time, the sorority will engage in a weeklong series of meetings, plenaries and "conversations" about how to deal with today's pressing issues while charting a course for the Sorority as it enters its second millennium. The public will be invited to some of the events.

BCFX Road Tour - Jackson State

Yesterday the road team made it to Jackson State to set up today on campus. We had a real good showing. The kids loved the game. The bus was always filled. Outside in the main tent, we showed the halftime show from a bunch of schools. Some of the band members said that we must have enhanced some of the music files because the bands they heard NEVER played that well.

The game had the students cheering. The football team got on to check their stats. They started joking each other about who was rated higher than who. Overall it was a good day for Nerjyzed.

As always Nerjyzed Entertainment would like to thank all the students, alumni, and friends of Jackson State, and everyone else involved for alowing us to bring BCFX to their campus.

Stay tuned to http://www.nerjyzed.com & http://www.bcfxgame.com for more details.

BCFX Road Tour - Alcorn State

The road team headed for Alcorn State after a successful day at Grambling. This was another great stop for us. The band and Football team came out and had a blast. The band was excited to see the halftime show. The Football team dug deep through the rosters to find themselves.

But when we showed them the juke box, you would have thought we were at the game. The students started singing along with the songs in the juke box, doing the dances they do in the stands when the band plays them, and even adding the extra crowd chants that the crowd does in response to the band playing. It was great. The band really enjoyed the film we showed about how we did the MoCap session.

As always Nerjyzed Entertainment would like to thank all the students, alumni, and friends of Alcorn St, and everyone else involved for alowing us to bring BCFX to their campus.

BCFX Done Hit The Streets!! Now Let The Band Play!!!

1st off let me say my favorite lyric from our very own Nerjyzed Entertainment Original Music….

“BCF Done Hit The Streets… So Let The Band Play!!!!”

With that said, we had a very successful launch of the game at The Bayou Classic. We were set up outside the game, while the game was going on inside the dome. The game was played on NBC and we received some National Airtime with the commercials that were played.

Outside the game, at our booth we had the Release version of the game being played on a big screen TV. The crowd got to play the game as well as buy the game. The game was a huge success to the crowd. The Halftime show left people in amazement. We gave out t-shirts, posters, key chains, and mini-footballs. We even had a guest appearance by the artist of the cover the Legendary, Kadir Nelson.

The night before the game we had our launch party. It was a success as well. This was truly a great weekend for Nerjyzed Entertainment.

The road team is back on the road again. Yesterday we were at Grambling State, update coming a little later. Today we are at Alcorn St. Thursday we are at Jackson St.

BCFX Road Tour - The Florida Classic

The next stop for the Road Team was Orlando for the Florida Classic. The Wildcat / Rattler rivalry was intense at halftime. The Marching 100 took the field first, but the Marching Wildcats did not let up at all, they made it known that they were the band not to be beaten on this day.

The show was great, the game was exciting, and the fans and alumni made this a classic to remember. We had a full set up with a stage next to us where local Miami and Orlando hip hop and R&B artists rocked the crowd. “Mr. Wipe Me Down”, Foxx-A-Million flew in from Louisiana to add some hometown Nerjyzed flair to the show. All the artists before and after they performed were set up in the “Nerjyzed Entertainment V.I.P. Tent” to sign autographs and take pictures.

However the main entertainment was back on the bus. The bus was filled from the time we opened until way after halftime. We had some people that came to see the game for the third time. They had seen the game at the MEAC/SWAC Challenge (TSU/FAMU), Florida A&M Homecoming (NCA&T/FAMU), and Florida Classic (BCU/FAMU).Once the crowd started getting in line to go into the game, they had to go past our Bus. We stopped all the music and just ran the halftime show display with the FAMU music playing and people started getting out of line to get on the bus. It was an amazing display of support from the BCU and FAMU fans and alumni.

We look forward to being there next year.

As always Nerjyzed Entertainment would like to thank all the students, alumni, and friends of Bethune-Cookman, Florida A&M, the city of Orlando, and everyone else involved for alowing us to bring BCFX to this unforgettable Classic.

BCFX Road Tour - Bethune-Cookman

The road team left Jacksonville today to head to the Wildcat Country of the MEAC, Bethune-Cookman in Daytona Beach. We set up on campus, opened the bus, and the wildcat nation had a blast as they prepare for the Walt Disney World Florida Classic on Saturday.

The band, drum major, baseball team, and football team all came out and had a blast on the bus. Students saw the bus and started running over because they had already heard the buzz about the game via the internet. Some of the students got the email from our friends at Konsole Kingz in their Urban Gamer Report. They have a feature about the game and show a video featuring our halftime show. The students loved it.

One professor came out to ask about the game. He claimed it was for his son, but when I looked up he was on the bus, controller in hand, beating down one of his own students.

Overall it was a great day for BCFX.

As always Nerjyzed Entertainment would like to thank all the students, alumni, and friends of Bethune-Cookman for alowing us to bring BCFX to their campus.

BCFX Road Tour - Edward Waters College

Today the road team made their way over to Edward Waters College. Home of the football team that earlier in the season beat newly crowned CIAA Football Champions - Shaw University.

We set up on campus in front of the Student Union. It was also up on the grass right in between the Alpha Phi Alpha and Phi Beta Sigma plots.

The football team and the band members came out as soon as the bus rolled up on campus. The gamers came out to play too. One person claimed he was 14-0 on the bus. I swear he was on the bus from the time we opened until after we started to break down. EWC students loved the game. They loved the graphics. They loved the music. They loved the halftime show. They just loved everything about the game.

As always Nerjyzed Entertainment would like to thank all the students, alumni, and friends of Edward Waters for alowing us to bring BCFX to their campus.

BCFX Road Tour - The CIAA Football Championship

Today the road tour team made its way through Charlotte to the CIAA Championship between West Champion Shaw University and East Champion Virginia Union University.

The game was thrilling to the end going into 2 OT’s with the Shaw Bears winning 31-24.

The CIAA Commissioner came by to see the bus. Even the CIAA interns (ironically 5 of them were from Hampton in the MEAC) came and got on the bus. 2 of them stayed on all day. The bus was filled with fans, students, and alumni all day.

It was a great day for football fans. They got to play a good game, see a good game, and hear some great band music.

As always Nerjyzed Entertainment would like to thank all the students, alumni, and friends of the CIAA for alowing us to bring BCFX to the Championship Game.

BCFX Road Tour - The Livingstone College Xperience

The road team left Greensboro and headed to Charlotte and then to goset up on the campus of Livingstone College. It just so happened, Livingstone was having a business day where they were discussing resumes, job preparation, amongst other things so when we got on campus we were asked to speak at the event to get kids excited about coming to the see and play the game.

We spoke on behalf of Nerjyzed Entertainment. We talked about the game, the company, and we also talked about our intern program and full time employment. Needless to say, not only were we met at the bus by people wanting to play the game, but we also received a bunch of resumes.

Now I do believe we met at least 4/5 of the entire student population including the drum major, band members, staff, members of the basketball team, football team, Omega Psi Phi, Alpha Phi Alpha, Phi Beta Sigma, Kappa Kappa Psi, Alpha Kappa Alpha, Delta Sigma Theta, and even some alumni all came out.

The students were excited and it was a great day.

As always Nerjyzed Entertainment would like to thank all thestudents and faculty at Livingstone College for allowing us to bring BCFX to their campus.

BCFX Road Tour - Bennett College

If you think the world of gaming is just for males, take a trip to Bennett College. This morning the road team made its way on over to Bennett College. I had no idea what to expect from an all women’s college considering we are promoting a college football video game, but boy was I ever so surprised.

We set up on campus and the gamers came out to play. The bus was filled with students and student athletes. We had members of the basketball team come out and play the game. We had students come out who have family members on other HBCU teams like NC A&T, Tuskegee, Southern, and FA&MU. The game was enjoyed by all that hopped on the bus. The question most asked was, have we made it over to NC A&T yet, and when we told them that was our next stop, most claimed they would be there too to play the game again.

As always Nerjyzed Entertainment would like to thank all the students and faculty at Bennett College for alowing us to bring BCFX to their campus.

BCFX Road Tour - The Florida A&M Xperience - Day 1 - The Vibe Block Party Campus Event

Wow .... Now that was an "Official" homecoming event. The road team set up shop in the Official Vibe Magazine Campus Block Party of Florida A&M Homecoming, and I think Nerjyzed stole the show. We rolled up on campus and guess who ended up on the Nerjyzed bus, none other than "Mr. Wipe Me Down" Foxx A Million, Hurricane Chris, and Kia Shine. They were playing BCFX on the bus with fans, signing autographs and taking pictures in the Nerjyzed Entertainment VIP tent. Then Foxx and Chris even played a game or two against each other. Vibe Magazine, Ozone Magazine, and the Flava Station 90.5 (FA&MU’s radio station) came on the bus to interview them all on the bus. After they were done hanging out and playing BCFX on the bus, they went on stage and rocked the crowd. Needless to say, the bus was always packed with people playing the game. At the end of the day, when the concert was over, we cranked up our music and kept the crowd rocking. Then we saw some FA&MU band members and we started playing all the music they recorded for the game. That got their attention and pretty soon our area and bus was filled with FA&MU band members. They loved the game. They loved the music. Now all this was going on before the actual game, the game is not until Saturday.

As always we would like to thank, all the staff, band members, faculty, campus police, students, alumni, football players, and everyone else who came out to the Vibe Block Party campus event.

BCFX Road Tour - South Carolina St. / Savannah St.

The last 2 days have been real exciting. The road tour went to Orangeburg and set up in Bulldog Country on the campus of South Carolina State University. If anyone on here has gone to a school where they thought the halftime show was not important, take a trip to SCSU. As we set up, the band members started to show up. They have around 350 band members and I think they all showed up to see the game. At one point on the bus, the video game was set up just to hear the band music in the jukebox. The band was rocking to “Up for the Down Stroke” (Bulldog Remix) and “Pass The Peas” all day long. Then the football team showed up and we got some of the football games running and they had a blast.

After a long day at SCSU we jumped in the cars and headed down the road to Savannah State. In the morning we set up on campus at Savannah State. The Asst. AD came out to see the game and he was blown away with the graphics and sound of the game. We even had an alum of SCSU that was working at Savannah State come out and buy the game for his son who had been begging for it the last month.

Overall it has been a long 48 hours but the response we are getting about the game has been phenomenal. As always we would like to thank all the football players, band members, alumni, current students, and staff at SCSU and SSU. We had a blast on campus, and so did the students.

Next Stop: Florida A&M Homecoming

BCFX Road Tour - The Magic City Classic Xperience

What else can you say about the Magic City Classic except, the atmosphere was truly magical. The road team set up at Legion Field for the 66th Annual Magic City Classic. From the time we opened the bus we had a crowd of people ranging from age 3 to 53. We had band members, coaches, students, alumni, and fans from all over line up toget on the bus. Some kids got right off the bus just to get back in line and play again. Some of the photographers from onninidan.com got on the bus to see the game and took pictures of some of the kids playing the game. Other media that came by included the Superior Sports Network – the HBCU Sports Leader, the Birmingham Times, and I-Light Media. As always we would like to thank all the staff, students, football players, band members, fans, and everyone else who came on the busbefore and after the game.

Next Stop - South Carolina State University

BCFX Road Tour - The Alabama State Xperience

Its been a few days since I posted and update so here are the few I missed. The BCFX Road Tour Team made its way to the Hornets Nest of Alabama State. The students had a blast as everyone was getting ready for the Magic City Classic. On the bus we had the Magic City Classic up and running. On the TVs outside the bus we had our gametrailer on one TV and the halftime show demo on the other. We hadthe ASU band music playing to the crowd and they loved it. Everytime we tried to change the music, the students wanted to hear the ASU band music. The track coaches, the football coaches, band members, dance team members, football players, and other students all came out to see and play the game. Even the greeks came out.The Nupes, Iotas, Ques, Sigmas, Alphas, and KKPsi all came out toplay the game as well. All the students that came by to jump on the bus did not want to leave. Some students left to go to class then came right back to get on the bus. Overall the students had a great time and they were pumped about the game and the Magic City Classic. Speaking of the classic, that is our next stop. As always we would like to thank the coaching staffs, faculty, band members, students, and alumni that were on campus today. BCFX Road Tour - The Fort Valley State Xperience

The BCFX Road Team next stop was the campus of Fort Valley State. The wildcats came out and had a great time checking out the game. We were set up on the new side of campus near the Clubhouse. Our bus was visible from just about every possible angle from where students were coming and going. The wildcat nation new we were coming on campus and as soon as the bus showed up we already had a line of students waiting to get on board the bus. Current students as well as alumni had a great time jumping on the bus and playing the game. At one point when the Asst. Athletic Director came on the bus we set up the demo to be FVSU vs. FVSU @ FVSU and he was blown away by how the graphics of the stadium and players looked. He even made some comments about the "tailgating" area in the game. As a bonus, we even let some of the FVSU band alumni that showed up hear the FVSU band that was recorded earlier last year using the Jukebox feature in our game. Overall the students had a great time and I often saw some return students who played the game, then went to class, then came back to the bus with some of their friends who did not believe them when they were told about the game.

As always the road team would like to thank the Faculty, Staff, Students, Coaches, Band, and every other member of the Wildcat Nation that came out to see, hear, and play the game.

BCFX Road Tour - The Albany State Xperience

The ASU Rams were on campus singing up a storm!! On ASU's campus, it was Karaoke Day so the students were all gathered in the student union getting their American Idol on. As they went in to the student union they were greeted by the Nerjyzed Road Team so after they got their Idol on, they came out and caught a glimpse of the BCFX Xperience. Members of the football team and the band came out to hear and see the game. The football players did not want to get off the bus. They either stayed on the bus or went to go get more football players to come see the game. When one of the dancing team members came over we showed them the video we have of the Motion Capture Xperience to show them how we incorporated the band members, drum majors, and dancing girls into the game. They were real excited and wanted to know if they could audition to be motion capture talent for next year. Some students from the Marketing department came by to drop of resumes and talk to our Marketing Associate Ashley Patton about becoming campus reps and hosting BCFX Tournaments on campus. ASU students really caught the BCFX Xperience and we are looking forward to working with them more.

As always, the road team would like to thank the Faculty, Staff, Students, Football Team, Band, and everyone else that came by to see the game and support Nerjyzed Entertainment.

BCFX Road Tour - The Clark-Atlanta Xperience

Well with Morehouse playing CAU for homecoming, we had to stop by CAU while we were in town and give them a taste of the BCFX Road Tour Xperience. Although the weather tried to keep us off campus, we weathered the storm, literally, and had a productive day. As soon as we were done setting up and letting cranking the first of our original music trax (shout out to our audio production team - E-Jizzle, AK "from da barbershop", B-Jay, Double D, Sal, and Brandon) the rain decided to start coming down. But the road team was prepared, we kept the equipment dry, kept the music as load as we were allowed on campus and the students had a great time. Many of the CAU Football team came out and had a blast playing the game. A couple of them got off the bus saying, "we should have played like that on Saturday, we are kicking Morehouse’s butt on the bus." As always the BCFX Road Team would like to thank the staff, faculty, students, alumni, athletic department and band department for helping us make the best game possible.

BCFX Road Tour - The Morehouse Homecoming Xperience

The BCFX Road Team hit the raod again and we landed in the ATL for Morehouse Homecoming. Both fans and alumni of Morehouse and Clark-Atlanta came out to see what the BCFX Xperience was all about. We even had our good friends from Onnidan.com, The Atlanta Gaming Festival, and KonsoleKingz.com come out and see the game as well. The tailgate area was jumping as always. Some morehouse alumni (and my frat brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated, got on the bus, played the game, and loved it so much, they invited us to their tailgate area and provided us food all day! Once again, as always, we would like to thank the fans and alumni of both Morehouse and Clark-Atlanta for coming over to the bus and playing the game.

Next Stop - Clark-Atlanta

BCFX Road Tour - The Delta Classic 4 Literacy Classic Experience

It was truly the Batlle of Little Rock. Grambling and U.A.P.B. held it down on the Gridiron and we held it down in the vendor area. We set up and showed the video game version of the game inside the War Memorial. The first couple of games I was taking on all gamers. After handing out a few beatdowns, in the third game I finally got scored on, so we gave the person that scored on me one of our posters that was signed by our CEO. After that we allowed the kids to play against each other. The crowd was great. Our neighbors (the grambling alumni booth) kept us joking all day as they claimed they were coming to New Orleans for the Bayou Classic ready to hand out a beat down, but uh, our Marketing Associate and graduate of Southern U, Ashley Patton, has asured me that won't happen. The fans and alumni of both Grambling and U.A.P.B. had a great time playing the game and we look forward to taking the BCFX Road Tour to their campus.

BCFX Road Tour - The Southern Homecoming Xperience

Wow - Now that is what I call a homecomming. We set up the BCFX Tour Bus right next to the concert stage and we had non stop people coming into the bus and playing the game. Fans of bith Southern and Alabama A&M came aboard the bus and had a great time. The game itself was a great game as well. However one of the highlights to the game was Nerjyzed's own audio team performing on stage original music that will be included in the game. Big shout out to A.K. (from da barbershop), B-Jizzle, and Geminii for holding it down on stage. Eeen Tony King(is funny) from 94.1 (morning show) and ESPN 1300 (The Waterboys) came on board the bus and was holding it down on stage MCing the event before they left to go to the LSU/Florida game. Tony King came on the bus and was handing out skunk beatdowns - 21-0 to everyone he played. Overall it was a great time had by all. We would like to thank everyone at Southern University for allowing their homecoming to be a homecoming for us as well. This was the first time we showed our game in public here in Baton Rouge.

Next Stop - Arkansas Pine Bluff and the Delta 4 Literacy Classic

BCFX Road Tour - The Fayetteville State Xperience

Today the Nerjyzed bus rolled up into the home of the Broncos, Fayetteville State. Today was National Day of Prayer so some members the Nerjyzed team held hands in prayer with students on campus during the scheduled prayer time. We also had the bus set up on the campus in front of the student union. Some football players, band members, and some greeks came out and got on board to play the demo. It was also Alpha week on campus so the brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha were busy promoting Alpha week and lighting up the BBQ. Some students loved the graphics. Some students loved the gameplay. Some people were so excited about the company they came back with resumes looking for a job or internship. As always, I would like to say thanks to all the faculty, students, football players, band members and band staff, and everyone else all had a great time playing the demo.

After we left the campus, we headed to Lewis Chapel Missionary Baptist Church to allow the youth of the church to learn about what it takes to make a video game. The parents learned a bunch too. We opened the bus and they had a blast and they did not really want us to leave, but we had to get ready to jump on the road.

BCFX Road Tour - The NCCU Xperience

Today the Nerjyzed bus rolled up on the campus of NCCU. We went up on campus and had a blast. We set up right up in front of the student center, they had their own "block" party going on. There was literally a party in the street right next to our tour bus. The football players, the band members, and all the greeks came out and got on board to play the demo. Once again we even had our very own color commentator Donal Ware show up to see the demo of the game. A couple of students came by who said they never played a sports video game before, but because this was a HBCU based sports game, they would buy it and support it. I would like to say thanks to all the faculty, students, football players, band members and band staff, and everyone else all had a great time playing the demo.

We had a blast and did not really want to leave, but we had to jump on the road.

BCFX Road Tour - The St. Aug. Xperience

Well first off let me say there is only one word to describe the St. Aug. Xperience today -- Xcitement!! The students were great. They were loud. They had so much fun. We even had our very own color commentator Donal Ware show up see the latest demo of the game. Now one student in particular claimed he was the Madden Champion of the world. He got on the bus and he started playing, and by the time he got off the bus, he was already claiming to be the BCFX Champion. I would like to say thanks to all the faculty, students, band members and band staff, and everyone else all had a great time playing the demo.

Now to all you students that wanted more information on the interships but did not have your resume with you, please send those resumes in as soon as possible.

BCFX Road Tour - The Down East Classic Xperience

Whew, this roud tour must be wearing on me. I forgot to post the NSU report yesterday. But now that I am refreshed, just wanted to update my blog with the report from the doen east classic. First let mr tip my hat to both Shaw and ECSU on a hard fought game. Between the rain and sending the game to overtime, it was an exciting game. Now on to the game demo experience in the game. It was a good time had by all. The alumni, faculty, students, band members and band staff (including shaw, ecsu, and 2-3 high school bands), Rocky Mount Athletic Complex staff, and everyone else all had a great time playing the demo.

BCFX Road Tour - The NSU Xperience

I guess I was too sleepy after the drive from Norfolk to Durham, but Norfolk St. showed us love as they were getting ready for the Fish Bowl Classic on Friday. Once again I just wanted to send a shout out to everyone from NSU that came out and showed us a whole lot of support. The rain came and went but we kept the crowd nerjyzed with the playing of our original music. It was a good time had by all. The faculty, students, football players and coaches, band members and band staff, and everyone else all had a great time playing the demo.

BCFX Road Tour - The Bowie State Xperience

Wow what a week thus far.

Bowie State University

Today the road tour parked itself on the campus of Bowie State University. I wanted to say thanks to the faculty, football team, band, and staff at Bowie St.. We had a great time and the students really seemed to have a good time with the game. We even had ex-football players coming out wanting to see the game. Some students even said that they wanted to change sports from basketball or track to the football team so they could be in the game. Bowie reached out to us and gave us such a warm welcome, we will try our best to come back again.

Just wanted to send a shout out to all the faculty, football players, football coaches, and students that came out to see the demo. Special thanks goes out to my chapter Beta brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha and my brothers of the Gentlemen Of Drew Social Club. BCFX Road Tour - The Catch Up

Ok, I know it's been a long time since I was blogging, but since I am out on the BCFX Road Tour I decided to start blogging about the Xperience.

So I am going to post some of the threads I have been updating about the game and then as our tour goes to new places I will update the blog.

MEAC / SWAC Challenge:

I met some of you at the MEAC/SWAC challenge. As you have already read, Nerjyzed Entertainment is an African American Multimedia Company that is making history by creating the first ever HBCU Football Video Game. It will be in stores 11/23/07. Please check us out at http://nerjyzed.com/ or http://bcfxgame.com/

We are also on an HBCU Tour at the moment, we showed a playable demo at the MEAC/SWAC Challenge and the Labor Day Golden Classic this weekend. We stoped by Miles College, just left Alabama A&M, en route to Tennessee State, then LeMoyne Owen, and ending the week at the Southern Heritage Classic on Saturday.

Our trailer made it to YouTube - http://youtube.com/watch?v=NY2GasxthOM

I cannot believe the excitment that is being generated around this game. The bands love the halftime and 5th quarter features. The hardcore gamers are loving the gameplay. And we are only showing two 3 minute quarters worth of playing time for students to play. Students have jumped off the bus and placed their orders for the game at http://www.nerjyzed.com/. Check out the trailer and let me know what you think.
Southern Heritage Classic:

Just wanted to say thanks to all the JSU and TSU fans that came out to play our demo before and after the game.

National Urban League Classic:

Last week, the Nerjyzed Bus went to Knoxville College on Tuesday, Lincoln (PA) on Thursday, Rutgers University on Friday (sponsored by the Rutgers BSA) and Giants Stadium on Saturday for the National Urban League Classic.

Just wanted to send out a shout out to NCCU and ECSU and all the NY/NJ HBCU Fans. By far this was the most people that came on the bus and played the demo thus far as we tour the classics. It was fun had by all...

Next Stops...

Monday - Delaware State

Tuesday - Howard

Wednesday - Bowie

Thursday - Hampton

Friday - Norfolk St

Saturday - Down East Classic - ECSU vs. Shaw @ Rocky Mount

So now you are up to date on where the Nerjyzed BCFX Road Tour has been and where it is going. I will create a blog every day we have a tour stop from now on. If you have not done so yet, please go to http://www.nerjyzed.com/ and check out what we got going on.
